Hold onto your Santa hats, because it’s time for the Healthier Business Group Festive Ball 2024! This isn’t your standard office do – it’s the ultimate Christmas cracker of a night, packed with glitz, glamour, and all the festive fun you could hope for. After last year’s roaring success, we’re decking the halls, turning up the sparkle, and pulling out all the stops to make this a celebration to remember! 🎄✨

 

When? Friday, 22nd November 2024
Time? 6:00 PM – 12:00am now extended to midnight! 🌙
Where? The stunning 30 Euston Square, London, NW1 2FB
Dress Code? Black Tie Glam – break out the sparkles, dust off the tux, and prepare to dazzle! 💃🕺

 

We’re kicking things off in style with a champagne reception and canapés to get everyone in the festive mood. Then it’s on to a delicious three-course feast and, best of all, a free bar all night long – because nothing says Christmas quite like cocktails and fizz on tap! 🥂🍸 Let’s just say the sleigh bells won’t be the only thing ringing by the end of the night.

 

And for the night’s entertainment, we’ve lined up something special! Get ready to be amazed (and maybe question reality a bit) by a master magician – is it magic, or have you just had one too many eggnogs? Our live singer will keep the festive vibes going, and once the DJ hits the decks, you’ll be dancing around the Christmas tree in no time. And of course, Declan’s dodgy dance moves will be making their annual appearance – think “Merry Christmas Everybody” meets the Hokey Cokey. 🎤🪩🎩

 

To make sure you capture every festive moment, we’ve got a photo booth ready to bring out your silly side, plus a professional photographer snapping all night, so you can leave with some top-quality pics to remember (or possibly forget!) the evening by. 📸

 

And it wouldn’t be Christmas without a few surprises! Throughout the night, we’ll be giving away some cracking prizes, with a whopping £1,000 cash prize for one lucky winner. Just imagine the Christmas shopping spree! 🎁💸

Terms & Conditions

1. Attendance Confirmation & No-Show Policy
This is a free event for clients, and spaces are limited. Once your booking is confirmed, you must reconfirm attendance as per our instructions. Failure to reconfirm within the given timeframe may result in your place being reallocated to someone on the waiting list.

  • No-Shows: If you do not attend and fail to provide at least five working days' notice (by 14th November 2024), a £125 charge per attendee will be applied, and you will be restricted from attending any Healthier Business Group events for the next 12 months.

2. Personal Belongings
The Organiser cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please ensure all belongings are kept safe during the event.

3. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements
We are happy to cater to any dietary needs provided we receive these details at least 7 days before the event. Unfortunately, we may be unable to accommodate last-minute requests.

4. Behaviour & Conduct
Respectful and responsible conduct is expected of all attendees. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals displaying disruptive, inappropriate, or offensive behaviour, including intoxication, harassment, or actions that distress others.

5. Damage to Venue
Attendees are responsible for any damages they may cause to the venue or its property. Any charges for such damages will be passed directly to the responsible party.

6. Bar Service
A complimentary bar will be available. The Organiser reserves the right to limit or refuse service to anyone exhibiting signs of intoxication or inappropriate behaviour.

7. Fire Safety & Emergency Procedures
Upon arrival, please familiarise yourself with the venue’s fire exits and emergency procedures. In an emergency, follow venue staff instructions and evacuate calmly via the nearest marked exit.

8. Event Changes or Cancellations
While we aim to hold the event as planned, the Organiser reserves the right to adjust the date, venue, or format. Attendees will be informed of any changes as soon as possible. Should the Organiser cancel the event, attendees will be offered a £125 goodwill refund per attendee, but any other incurred expenses (such as travel or accommodation) will not be covered.

9. Dress Code
This is a black-tie event, and we request that all attendees adhere to the formal dress code. For men, this means a tuxedo or dark suit with a tie or bowtie. For women, formal evening wear or cocktail dresses are encouraged.

Failure to comply with the dress code may result in refused entry, as maintaining the event's standard and ambience is a priority.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Notice Required: If you’re unable to attend, please provide written notice by 14 November 2024, five working days before the event. Cancellations must be sent via email to the organiser. This allows us to reallocate your spot to someone on the waiting list and keeps our event attendance full.

2. Penalties for Late Cancellation or No-Show: Cancellations made after 14th November or no-shows on the day will incur a charge of £125 per attendee. Additionally, this will result in a 12-month restriction from future Healthier Business Group events. This ensures all who attend are committed, allowing us to continue offering these events at no cost.

3. Event Cancellation by Healthier Business Group: If the organisers, must cancel the event, we will offer a £125 refund per attendee as a goodwill gesture to match our commitment to fairness. Please note, however, that we cannot cover any other costs, such as travel or accommodation expenses, in the event of a cancellation.

4. Reallocation of Cancelled Spaces If you need to cancel, we’ll offer your space to someone on the waiting list. Once cancelled, you can only reapply if spaces become available.
