Terms & Conditions

1. Attendance & Confirmation of Booking

  • Attendance at the Event is free for all clients, subject to availability. Once your booking has been confirmed, you must reconfirm your attendance prior to the Event. Failure to reconfirm within the specified timeframe will result in your place being offered to someone on the waiting list.
  • No-shows: If you fail to attend the Event without providing at least 48 hours' notice, you will be excluded from attending any future events for 12 months.

2. Personal Belongings

  • The Organiser is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal items at all times.

3. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements

  • All food allergies and dietary requirements will be catered for, provided attendees inform us 7 days prior to the event. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to accommodate specific needs.

4. Behaviour & Conduct

  • Attendees are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully at all times. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or offensive.
  • Disruptive behaviour includes, but is not limited to, intoxication, harassment, or causing distress to other attendees.

5. Damage to Venue

  • Attendees are responsible for any damage caused to the venue or its property during the Event.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to pass on any charges for damages directly to the responsible individual(s).

6. Bar Service

  • A complimentary bar will be available for all attendees up to a value of £5000. After this limit is reached, guests will be responsible for covering their own drinks.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is deemed intoxicated or exhibiting inappropriate behaviour.

7. Fire Safety & Emergency Procedures

  • Upon arrival, attendees should familiarise themselves with the venue's fire exits and emergency procedures.
  • In the event of a fire or emergency, attendees must follow the instructions of venue staff and evacuate the premises promptly and calmly using the nearest marked exit.

8. Event Changes or Cancellations

  • The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event details, including the date, venue, or format. Attendees will be notified of any changes at the earliest opportunity.
  • In the unlikely event of cancellation, the Organiser shall not be responsible for any costs incurred by attendees (such as travel or accommodation).
Cancellation Policy

1. Notice of Cancellation

  • If you are unable to attend the Event, you must provide written notice at least 48 hours prior to the Event. Cancellations must be made via email to the Organiser.
  • If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or fail to attend without notice, you will be subject to the penalties outlined below.

2. Penalties for Late Cancellation or No-Shows

  • No-shows and cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a £25 charge per attendee. Additionally, you will be excluded from attending any Healthier Business Group events for 12 months.
  • The Organiser will invoice any charges incurred due to late cancellations, and these must be paid within 14 days.

3. Event Cancellation by the Organiser

  • In the event that the Organiser cancels or reschedules the Event, attendees will be notified as soon as possible. While we make every effort to avoid cancellations, the Organiser will not be responsible for any costs incurred by attendees, including travel or accommodation expenses.

4. Reallocation of Cancelled Spaces

  • If you cancel your booking, the Organiser reserves the right to offer your space to another client on the waiting list.
  • Once cancelled, attendees cannot reapply for a place unless space becomes available.
